If Jesus can save even Him, what more can He do for You? PLENTY! Jesus’s message to all of us, just as he spoke to Brian Welch, is “I don’t condemn you. I love you. I died for you. I took on all the punishment and shame and guilt from you and bore it on myself.”
Romans 8:1 says, “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”
God wants you just as you are. You don’t need to change to come to Christ, you don’t need to be perfect to have salvation. Salvation is for sinners: for Brian, for you, for me. We don’t have to change for Christ to love us; It is the love of Christ that changes us. As long as we give God the control, as long as we place our trust in God, as long as we let go of our sinful past and look to Him, we will be renewed, we will have rest, we will become His children, spiritually reborn into His family, He will be our father.
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, admit that we are sinners, that we need Him, that He died for us so that we may be reconciled to God, believe that God raised Christ back to life, believe, and ye shall be saved, believe and you will have eternal life with God.
